How To Create Equities

Learn how to create equities, AKA securities, that you will use througout the Equa App on share certificates, convertibles, incentive plans, and more!
 

Prior to getting started, you will need the following:

Step 1: Getting Started

  • Hover over “Capitalization” in the main navigation bar, and then click “Equities” in the drop-down menu
  • Click the “Add New Equity” button

Step 2: Equity Details Form

  • Fill in the required fields starting with the equity type, class, total number of authorized units, and seniority level
  • You can add as much details as you’d like by completing the entire form including attaching documents and notes
  • Click the “Create” button
This completes the process of creating an equity
