Hover over “Capitalization” in the main navigation bar, then click “Incentive Plan” in the drop-down menu
Select the Incentive Plan you want to create a Holding for
Click on the “Holdings” tab
Click “+ Create Holdings” button
Step 2: Holding Details Form
Fill in the required fields starting with the Holder, Pool, Grant / Effective Date, Total Amount
You can add as much details as you’d like by completing the entire form including, using a Vesting Schedule that you’ve created, Vesting Start Date, Legend, and attaching documents and notes
Click the “Save” button
This completes the process of creating a Holding for your Incentive Plan
